Test Services

  • Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Refunds for test services will be considered in the following situations:
      • Duplicate Test Orders: If a duplicate booking occurs due to technical errors or other unforeseen circumstances.
      • Service Inability: If Radolabs is unable to perform or complete the requested test due to operational issues or other valid reasons.
  • Non-Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Once the testing process has commenced and samples have been processed, refunds will generally not be applicable unless initiated by Radolabs due to the inability to complete the test.

Service Fees

  • Full Refunds:
    • A full refund will be provided if service appointments (e.g., consultations or specialized services) are canceled by Radolabs due to unforeseen circumstances or resource unavailability.
  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
    • Refunds for services canceled by the customer will be subject to the specific cancellation policies outlined at the time of booking. Any applicable cancellation fees may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Refund Processing

  • Timeframe:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days from the date of approval.
  • Mode of Refund:

    • Radolabs’ liability is limited to the refund of the amount paid for the specific service in question.

  • Promotional Codes and Discounts:
    • Promo codes and discounts are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit in case of order cancellation.
